Made In Chelsea which is also referred to as MIC is a structured reality television series that is aired by E4 in the UK. The show won its first BAFTA Award on 12 May 2013 in the Reality and Structured Factual Category.

The show is often compared to ITV2s, The Only Way is Essex. Cameras follow the lives of a group of socially elite youngsters who live in some of the most exclusive postcodes in London. Filming mainly takes place in West London in locations such as Belgravia, Kings Road, and Knightsbridge however they have also filmed in other locations across the globe including Dubai, Finland, Marrakech, Paris, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Barcelona.

The first season of Made In Chelsea was broadcast on 9th May 2011 and received a very positive response from its audience and the show had well over 500,000 viewers when its first episode broadcast, with the season finale drawing over 700,000 viewers.

The decision to make a second 10 episode series was made before the first season had finished airing partly due to E4’s decision to stop airing Friends but also due to the vast amount of audience engagement and how it had proven to be the ideal fit for E4′s target audience. The second series premiered on Monday 19 September 2011.

Subsequent seasons have continued to grow in popularity with season five being the most viewed series so far, reaching a record high of nearly 1 million viewers per episode.

The show has also had a very popular response across social networking sites such as Twitter. It became the most tweeted about show on channel 4 for 2011. The show managed to trend worldwide on Twitter during the first episode of the second series and continued to trend for twelve hours after the episode had finished. The fifth season premier was also the highest tweeted program for that day, with tweets beginning 12 hours before the first episode had even been broadcast.

The sixth series premiered on Monday 14th October 2013 for a further 10 episodes and a Christmas special will also be filmed.

The seventh series began on 7 April 2014 with two new cast members (Emma Miller and Riley Uggla). Also joining the cast as supporting cast members were Robbo McCallum and Victoria Gucci. Stephanie Pratt made a surprise return after originally departing the show midway through series six. She returned with her friend Erik Soderbergh. Aurelie Mason-Perez later joined as a friend of Riley.

The first series premiered in November 2012 in the United States after the rights were bought by The Style Network (which has been replaced by the Esquire Network).

The ninth series began on 13 April 2015 and as the success of Made in Chelsea continues to grow, having one of the cast attend your event is sure to raise your profile.
